For my fine art prints I am partnered with a global print lab that offers fulfilment in the nearest printing lab to your location. Local fulfilment is available in the EU, UK, USA and Australia.
When you order a premium, photo rag print your order will go to the nearest printing lab and will be shipped free of charge. Localising production allows these prints to be delivered faster and with a reduced carbon footprint. It also means that customs duties will not need to be paid if you are located in the EU, UK, USA or Australia.
Typical production times for my fine art prints are 48 hours but may take longer during busy periods.

All of my prints are custom-made to your specification, and fall under the category of personalized products. As it’s hard to re-sell tailor-made goods, I can only issue refunds if your print is faulty, misdescribed, or arrives in a damaged condition. Please ensure your print selection and measurements are correct before you place your order, as you have no right to refund if you order the wrong size or change your mind afterwards.
If your print is faulty, misdescribed, or arrives in a damaged condition, you must inform me in writing within 5 days of receipt. Please include a photo clearly showing the damage to both print and packaging. I will then arrange the collection of the goods, and either replace the order for free, or refund the full amount paid. Please note that if I am not informed within 5 days of receipt, I bear no liability for damage sustained.
