Refund Policy for Personalized Products

All of my prints are custom-made to your specification, and fall under the category of personalized products. All prints are made to order with care and attention to detail. As such, I do not provide refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Not liking the print once received.

However, if your print is faulty, misdescribed, or arrives damaged, please refer to my Return Policy below for Damaged Prints .

Return Policy for Damaged Prints

I take great care in ensuring that your prints arrive in perfect condition. However, if your print is faulty, misdescribed, or arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. Notify Me Within 2 Business Days

    • You must inform me in writing within 2 business days of receipt if your print has any issues.
    • Please provide a clear photo showing the damage to both the print and its packaging.
  2. Resolution Options

    • Once I have reviewed your claim, I will arrange for the collection of the damaged item.
    • You will have the option to either:
      • Receive a free replacement of your order.
      • Receive a full refund of the amount paid. (5-10 business days depending on your bank).
  3. Important Note

    • If I am not informed within 2 business days of receipt, I bear no liability for any damage sustained.
