Sea in Motion

I ventured down down to Dublin’s Forty Foot when I heard a storm was brewing off the east coast. I got to the Forty Foot for sunrise hoping for some great light and a huge swell at hightide. The light didn’t break through for me but I found this nice composition and managed to capture the large swell sweep over the bathing area using a long exposure photograph technique. I particularly like this technique as it shows here the movement in the water as it swirls around the bathing area and offers a unique perspective to Dublin’s Forty Foot.

This framed print of The Forty Foot offers a gallery quality look to put extra focus on the image.
